This place is such a gem!! When you walk in they have a nice little spot with chairs by plants, so you can enjoy your coffee and watch passerby out the huge window! I probably shouldn't even tell you how much I love their key-lime squares, for fear they'll sell out and there won't be any left. 🤣 I bought 4 of them today, as well as 2 maple pecan bars (drool!!), and a chocolate croissant, which is the best I've had since my trip to France. Betsy made the dessert portion of our wedding delicious and effortless. After our initial planning call, she had everything all under control and coordinated drop-off directly with our venue which was such a gift as a stressed out bride. We chose an assortment of desserts along with a custom heart-shaped red velvet cutting cake for us (and the father of the bride). We had the pleasure of working with Chloe and Betsy to provide the desserts for my daughter's wedding. We live out of state and stopped by the bakery which is a lovely shop in Wallingford. Sweet Birch Bakery was our wedding cake and dessert vendor and we absolutely LOVED working with them! Everything they made was ACTUALLY delicious, not just wedding-kind-of-delicious (which is usually sub-par). Our guests were raving about it, and we could not have been more pleased. They were so easy to communicate and coordinate with. We are so grateful!
Sweet Birch catered dessert for our wedding, and it was incredible! We had such an impressive spread of treats that Chloe arrainged beautifully and most importantly, tasted fantastic. I got so many compliments, and everyone had a different favorite! Although universally, the brownies were especially well-loved! We wanted a carrot cake for our wedding cake and it was delicious, and gorgeous! This was such a great experience and we are so appreciative to the team for wowing us and our guests.
