It's been an all around terrible experience renting a pump from Sweet Beginnings. Starting from a nasty tone that made me cry postpartum while my twins were in the NICU due to a miscommunication that I feel was her mistake and ending with no itemized receipt to submit to insurance after having made four requests via email over the span of over a month and three requests over text. Frustrating experience with this organization. First they charge more than other places for a breast pump rental and when we requested them to give us a refund for the deposit they still haven't done that for the last 10 days. Lack of communication makes this place unreliable and shady. Is this how you plan on supporting new parents? Not returning their money and avoiding communication with them? Terrible experience
I rented from here a year ago and everything was great. I am due for my second baby in June so hopefully I can rent from here again
The communication was lacking upon drop off. I had to ask a second time for drop off confirmation. I also would have liked to have been told distinctly that there is no prorated amount for when you drop off. I only figured this out when I was going to drop off my pump I also asked for a health savings acceptable receipt multiple times without any luck. I'd recommend sticking to the hospital rentals. you'll save money in the end bc they pro rate the pumps and you'll get an acceptable health savings receipt with no issue.
