Always great!
Such a cozy feel to this place and creates such a warm and inviting feeling. This combined with excellent food makes such a great environment for a relaxing evening.
The waiter was mad I left no tip on a take out order. Kept me waiting an extra 20 minutes. Did not give me the # of shrimp tempura I normally get (he gave me 3 not 5). I asked for extra plum sauce. He made a point of saying he added it to the order but instead there was no extra sauce, in fact there was no plum sauce. I would continue going here if he is fired. Otherwise, no.
The food is good, and we’ve enjoyed ordering from here, but I’m becoming really disappointed with the portion sizes of our takeout orders. I don’t know if it’s different if you eat in, but the pint-sized rice containers aren’t even filled, which feels pretty ridiculous. We also ordered the shrimp satay for $12 and received only four shrimp. At that price, I honestly expected a much more reasonable portion. I really hope they reconsider the takeout portions because it’s getting harder to justify ordering here.
