My first appointment here was very positive, but since trying to get one for this baby, I have had no contact back from anyone and have been trying to reach out for months. Now, trying to call, all calls are being disconnected instantly. Just terrible.
I’ve been to sweet baby face with my other two kiddos and enjoyed my experience! Yesterday’s experience wasn’t amazing, when we arrived we were told to wait in the waiting room until she was ready (totally fine!) we get back and my fiancé said something about hoping she found triplets , she immediately said “ARE YOU CARRYING THEM?? Went there for my 14 week 2 day ultrasound for a heartbeat bear. Was told there was no hub but she looked as long as she could. What was worse was not being refunded and going to the ER in Etown only to be there 30 mins and the video of my baby uploaded with happy go lucky music but no HB. Now I suffer from PTSD because they sent me a video of my dead child after telling me to go to ER. No refund. No im sorry. No nothing. Best 125$ I spent in my whole life. Thanks. Went last Sunday and we showed up about 5 minutes late. The lady was still doing another persons ultrasound, no big deal. Well it took about an additional 15-20 minutes…. Next was my turn. The website when online trying to get a package didn’t state the gestational age “required” for the Black Friday sale, so that’s the one we went for. Go in and I’m only 13 weeks.
