I’m so happy with our ultrasound session today at Sweet Baby Face. The ultrasound technologist was very sweet and patient with us. Our baby is a wild one and she worked so hard to get the best pictures for us! This is worth every penny. Thank you!

I scheduled the double peek ultrasounds which is NOT cheap. My first ultrasound appointment went great. It didn’t feel rushed and although my daughter was being a fart and wouldn’t cooperate, I could see the effort the woman put in to get some good pictures for me and ended up with many great pictures. She had me turn, empty my bladder and even walk around to get her to move. I went for my second ultrasound appointment and am disappointed. The experience was a 1000/10 . I would recommend anyone going here . Danielle was amazing . She made everything very exciting! She even talked and played with my two year old . Which was a heartwarming feeling with us being new to the area . Going in there just to check on my baby and finding out the gender as well was one of the highlights of my day . I don’t want to be mean to the employee, but my experience was just so off putting. The tech texted me 20 minutes before my appointment asking if I could come 30 mins later than my scheduled time. I said I could make a stop and then come and wait but that I was already out. She gets there 30 mins past my appointment time and then gets angry at me that I showed up on time and waited. she was acting like I inconvenienced her by being on time. What is going on with you guys and the scheduling?

I recently went to Sweet baby Face in Louisville for a scheduled appointment. I paid over 200 for this appointment for mediocre ultrasound pictures and a 15 min session. The ultrasound tech rushed the entire experience and didn’t care about the quality of pictures. I’ve got better pictures for free at my OB office! I reached out to their customer service department and got 1 email in return from them to my 4 emails. They didn’t seem to care and was more worried about going on vacation then helping an unhappy customer. I’ve b... read more
