I went in recently, not sure who I saw but I did a same day appointment. They had the availability once I called. Walking in, it was little to no conversation. It didn’t give the welcoming nor friendly vibes I was expecting. (I have been here before, 5 years ago and it was a 10/10 experience.) anyway when I went to pay, I did not add a tip how I normally do when getting a service just based off the initial encounter. I rarely leave negative reviews, but today’s experience at Sweet Baby Face was unacceptable by far & I definitely want to speak out regarding the terrible experience encountered today!! This should have been one of the happiest, most memorable moments for my daughter as she revealed the sex of her baby surrounded by family. Instead, one representative’s unbelievably rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude completely changed the atmosphere of the entire visit. I had a wonderful experience, Daniel was an amazing tech. The room and waiting area was very clean smelled good and very relaxing. I will be coming back for any future pregnancies. Thank you sweet baby face!
We have used sweet baby face for all 3 pregnancies now. We keep coming back! All of the ladies are so sweet and helpful! Its such a fun but also comforting experience. 10/10 recommend! Attached a photo just from today ❤️😍
We love Sweet Baby Face and Danielle is amazing! We went to Sweet Baby Face for our first pregnancy and again for this one. At our 2nd double peek appointment baby did not want to move so we could see him. We were able to get in for a re-scan and even though he was still being difficult Danielle knew what to do to get him to move enough so we could see his face.
