You can't do good business with bad people! I attempted to review a Groupon for some catering today, a day before the coupon expired. The young lady who greeted me at the counter was nice, but after I presented the groupon she disappeared. She came back to explain that I could not use it- I then asked for the manager. Ok, I should have paid closer attention to the two poor ratings, however, I thought that maybe there would have been improvements during the last few years. First, I wanted to taste some samples and Melissa asked what flavors. She said she would check with her baker and probably would have them the next day and would call me. I had to call the next afternoon and Melissa said she did not have any of the flavors I requested to make the cakes.
