Down home great service Ponderosa Hearth and Home has a wonderful and wide variety of Spas, Gazebos and gas and propane stoves for your home. We purchased a Propane home stove for our livingroom several years ago from them. They were very knowleagable on what the best and most reasonable furnace would be the best for our needs. We have been very happy with the stove.
Mr Spent $6000 on a LA Spa very friendly when selling. They delivered didn't instruct on how to use spa. You would think the salesman would call to check on how things are going, not. They get your money and they are done. If you want service go elsewhere, there is no service after the sale!
BAD EXPERIENCE !! Very disappointed in my conversation w/Dianne today. I had questions about the products for my spa and she treated me like I was a child, not someone who spent $6,000 in her store! We got delivery of our new spa, then the electrical done a few days later. Ponderosa never followed up w/a phone call about the delivery or the set up of product for the spa. I got online w/Baqua Spa w/live chat and Pam was wonderful walking me through EVERYTHING and was sorry I had the bad experience w/Dianne. The only good thin... read more
