I’ve been going to Sweeping Heart Zen and the people are very welcoming, the meditation guidance is excellent, and I’m really learning more about Buddhism. I think this is a wonderful place to develop your practice of meditation.
Mark Nelson is a great teacher. Coupled with meditation it is an inspiring time on the path.
