Excellent service! I took my carpet shampooer there and ended up buying a new one. It was going to be a fairly expensive repair and when I looked at the cost of a new one, with a warranty, it was more feasible to buy the new one. The owner could not have been more helpful. He took his time to take the machine apart and showed me how everything worked. He then explained ways for me to keep the machine in good condition, etc. I have never had such good service, anywhere! True, they have limited hours. Took my Carpet cleaner on Tuesday. Picking it up finished on Thursday. They were prompt, polite, and repair was covered under warranty. Don't know what previous reviewer was mad about. I will mention however that they are able to tell when you purchased by the serial number so fibbing in order to scam won't work. The only authorized Hoover repair around Springfield and they did great work. Highly recommend.

I have been a customer for many years, I am very shocked from the other reviews. My experience has been consistently great! They have always been there when needed, And have helped with tips over the phone to try to resolve any product issues to save me money from repairs. I reccomemd this place of business to anyone, they have always been honest, friendly and cost effective.

Our brand new vacuum cleaner broke after only a few times of use. It took forever for Eureka to finally get back to us about what we needed to do to get it fixed under the warranty and when they did, they said that we needed to get it to this small place near Springfield, which is about 2 hours away from where we live. So we set up a whole trip because of it -- took off work and everything. We set up a day on our schedule and called the place to make sure they would be open so we could drop it off.
