Experienced a situation similar to Ken's. Apparently John's behavior hasn't changed. John actually did some interior painting for me. While he was good, trust me - he wasn't that good! He was to come back for some touch up, as well as to finish a custom cabinet piece that had not yet been installed when he finished the initial job. Warning - this guy is the WORST. My contractor found him to paint some doors for me. He said he'd do it but then never returned my contractors phone calls (for 4 months). I got the phone number from my contractor and called Sweeny Painting and Decorating myself. he called me back in 5 days thinking it was a new job. When he realized who I was he said he'd been very busy but now had more room on his calendar. He promised to call me back early the following week.
