I would not do business with them again. The driver refused to deliver inside even though I had paid for it. When I showed him my papers he said he needed help with delivering inside and claimed that we refused to help him with an over 700lb machine. Even though we in fact offered help. Dispatch did not listen to my side of the situation and claimed that the driver was doing the right thing.
Always there to answer the phone and a great carrier.
I would not do business with them again. We paid and scheduled a pick up of freight online. They did not call us or notify us that they were not going to be coming. We called the following day only to find out he "wont have trucks for a few days." Customer service is slacking big time, needless to say we went with someone else. YRC Freight had competitive pricing and showed up on time!!
I wish there were a way to give less than a star. Their customer service is atrocious!! If you have another choice for a shipping company, I suggest you use them instead.
