very sloppy. as a seller, 2 months after the closing i recieved a water bill,,, still in my name, I called, and sweeney never changed it over. I called several times to check on this, and my agent and I were assured it had breen taken care of..it was not, I do not recommend
I worked with Krista Drew when I was selling my house. I thought that she was great! Very professional, detail oriented, and she got me things that I needed in a swift manner. She took the time to explain things that I didn't understand. The closing package for the sale of my house was very complete at closing, no surprises, and the entire closing was finished quickly and smoothly, due to her efforts.
