Philip Lâm is very rude, unprofessional, impolite, over controlling to tenant. There is something fishy about him . He tried to prevent the tenant from contacting direct the Landlord to get housing issues fixed properly very terrible service.
Never pick up their phone and when they do they're so rude. Do not deal with them as a landlord.
Posting on behalf of my friend keep on changing their real estate names from : Stockdale & Leggo --> Falcone --> Sweeney (Same shameless people) ******* Dodgy, Bond eaters, Liars, Criminal records, No Morales, Money Hungry ****** All of their St Albans agents are unreliable including Roz Gauci in Sunshine. They will make all possible excuses and also lie to eat your bond. one of the agents also had criminal investigations, they have a reputation of not refunding tenant’s bond.
