Very strong ,rude demeanor when discussing information on needing help with a potential case. Needs to figure out better social skills when interacting with people who honestly just would like to understand what can and can’t be possibly done with a case . Have more sympathy for a victims story , without the arrogance of shutting someone’s story down with only listening to respond. Thank god I’ve reached out to another attorney that gave me their 100% attention and respect.
