Not happy yet… 9/17/25 I dropped the car off at 9:00 am was told at 3:25 that the car was not in the shop yet for diagnostic or oil change. After waiting all day they rescheduled for 9/25/25. Without doing the oil change or tire rotation. 2024 GMC 2500 Gas staff was curtious and fast all good
I took my son here to buy his first truck. Huge mistake, in my 46 years this was absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. My son bought a low mileage used trucks for $27,000 and it only ran for 1 week before it decided not to start anymore. The dealership provided absolutely zero support. Multiple calls back and forth and zero,nadda, zip, no help at all from Cochran.We ended up towing it to another dealership who I have dealt with in the past and thank God they have been extremely helpful.
