I have gone to this ER a few times with all the boys I have, and it has been a great experience every time. I don’t have a single bad thing to say! Friendly and helpful staff!
Avoid it at all cost had to go to er twice for them to find out I had influenza a , they never did the proper testing the first time and assumed something i didn't have , really bad service bad management I cant say anything positive about this place , and of course they'll charge my private insurance company a good amount of money plus what I have to pay save yourself time and money and go somewhere else this place is not worth it at all
If anyone else gets misdiagnosed they're is a lawyer you could call just look up malpractice lawyer, This hospital should be closed or at the very least restaffed, I can't believe I'm saying this but, If you can go-to Rockford, just go to rockford, and ask for your itemized statement if you don't and see what extras get thrown on there you'd be surprised 🤯. Only in belvidere you would think because it's a small town you would think it would be different but it's worse than swedish American in Rockford,
Nurses were great as far as speak to us and , us letting them know what brings us in. I brought my daughter in for pain in her stomach, and I had my infant with me. This place is the weirdest place Ive been to starting with the workers.Nurse named Vicky raised her voice at me telling me “you shouldn’t come here just for a cough” when that wasn’t the reason why I went there. I was having trouble breathing.Then she raised her voice at my 3 year old telling him to not touch the chair that it wasn’t a toy. That was so unprofessional. This place needs better workers.
