I had a very good experience here, I felt taken care of and that the doctors and nurses really actually cared about me. They got me in and out pretty fast too. Dr Niezyniecki was kind and empathetic and was very confident which made me feel like I was in good hands the entire time. I would recommend this place 100%
I can't really complain about the treatment I received for dog bites, but their fraudulent billing practice deserves no stars. After receiving 4 stitches for multiple puncture wounds, the nurse emphasized that I come back to have the stitches removed and that there would be no additional cost. My partner Gail was with me and heard and participated in the conversation. Gail urged me to go back since it was free. I have gone to this ER a few times with all the boys I have, and it has been a great experience every time. I don’t have a single bad thing to say! Friendly and helpful staff!
Avoid it at all cost had to go to er twice for them to find out I had influenza a , they never did the proper testing the first time and assumed something i didn't have , really bad service bad management I cant say anything positive about this place , and of course they'll charge my private insurance company a good amount of money plus what I have to pay save yourself time and money and go somewhere else this place is not worth it at all
If anyone else gets misdiagnosed they're is a lawyer you could call just look up malpractice lawyer, This hospital should be closed or at the very least restaffed, I can't believe I'm saying this but, If you can go-to Rockford, just go to rockford, and ask for your itemized statement if you don't and see what extras get thrown on there you'd be surprised 🤯. Only in belvidere you would think because it's a small town you would think it would be different but it's worse than swedish American in Rockford,
