No idea how this guy Roland can call himself a technician or an honest business. He has no idea how to diagnose a car and he charges for HIS learning experience at the customers expense. I am just flabbergasted at the fact that shops like this are still operating and taking advantage of customers. If you value your money, time and your vehicle - go somewhere else. Roland give me a quote of $450 to change the crank position sensor on a Saab 9-5. He must be out of his freaking mind or plain greedy. I shopped artound and got it replaced for only $80 at a shop on Staten Island. Roland.Rave all you want about this roland mechanic.Shop around you'll find he is overrated and way over priced.
Bring your Saab here! The whole block is covered in Saab’s. They will fix your car no problem. Very friendly, transparent, and fair service.
