Our family is dealing with cancer and this clinics keeps changing appointments last minute, even the surgery. We are trying to plan our childcare, work schedules, canceling holiday plans all because this is the most difficult thing our family has faced and they treat it like appointments at a spa! And we can’t do anything! So incredibly frustrating!!!
The most horrible experience. Terrible communication with the Nurse Practioner and staff. I tried for over ayear to return to the clinic with a breast mass after a previous neg finding and the staff would not let me return without three tests being done. One I could not do because I have a Pacemaker and no center would do the test. So this center would not let ne make an appointment. Now I have multiple masses. Great caring office.
