(review is on scheduling, not on the docs) The scheduling staff was extremely rude. I work at this hospital and have employee insurance but didn't have my account number at hand. Scheduling staff insisted on taking my "Providence ID" (instead of properly asking for "insurance number"). So I gave the wrong information and she got annoyed. I told her I don't have insurance at hand because I was driving (on car speakers because it took them 10+ min to pick up my call). I finally got in.. experience was great. Just plan to be on a long wait list.
I've been treated here 3 times over the past several years for two different issues. The staff is courteous and professional. I really liked Dr Orr.
