absolutely useless and worst experience! charged $600 for a useless 10min Zoom video call "consultation". then give you a cheap device for at home sleep test, so you spend another $700 just to be told result is non-conclusive without any explanations. the best part, they keep calling you to do a in lab study and guess how much they want to rip you off.
NEVER received a call back after calling them everyday for 2 weeks - for a home sleep study appt. I've now called prob 20 times in 30 days > NO call back yet. Always get voicemail.
It was a catastrophe. Terrible service, never answers phone calls, rude and charges you more than promised. DO NOT USE THIS SWEDISH CLINIC
The diagnosis that they communicated to me was ambiguous - there were two ways to interpret it. I repeatedly attempted to get them to clarify, even giving them A/B options to pick from. Their responses answered questions that weren't asked, were passive aggressive, and some were even clearly copy-and-paste (their last response was identical to the original communication).
