It takes 20-30 mins on hold to speak to anyone. If you use the callback option that the recording offers, no one actually ever calls you back. I had an appointment scheduled for MONTHS and it was cancelled at the last minute because I had not completed some pre-appointment requirement. What was the homework? I had to sign a simple consent form (could easily have done at the clinic), and I had to download an app and confirm I have wifi. Seriously? Referred by my cardiologist who works in the same building. Primarily so she could coordinate with someone close by to make the best decisions for my health. First I was stuck in pending status for weeks, then I called and was like what is going on? They're like oh you're in pending status, let's take you out of that, Ok.... I waited for 15 minutes to ask if they were taking new patients and let them know I was an external referral. I was transferred to someone else, who transferred me back to the first desk I called, who put me on hold. 40 minutes into the call I was told that they aren't taking new external referrals. You have GOT to be kidding me. That's 40 minutes of my life I'm not getting back.
