This was my first sleep study, and I had a really rough time with it, but my technician, Kevin, took such great care of me. He could tell I was struggling and upset and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while also ensuring they were able to collect the data they needed. I’m incredibly grateful to finally have some answers and a diagnosis. Thank you so much, Kevin!

Scheduler is rude for no reason. The wait time is ridiculous as well. Try anywhere else.
It takes 20-30 mins on hold to speak to anyone. If you use the callback option that the recording offers, no one actually ever calls you back. I had an appointment scheduled for MONTHS and it was cancelled at the last minute because I had not completed some pre-appointment requirement. What was the homework? I had to sign a simple consent form (could easily have done at the clinic), and I had to download an app and confirm I have wifi. Seriously? An appointment is cancelled because I don't send an email saying I have wifi???... read more
