Scheduler is rude for no reason. The wait time is ridiculous as well. Try anywhere else.
It takes 20-30 mins on hold to speak to anyone. If you use the callback option that the recording offers, no one actually ever calls you back. I had an appointment scheduled for MONTHS and it was cancelled at the last minute because I had not completed some pre-appointment requirement. What was the homework? I had to sign a simple consent form (could easily have done at the clinic), and I had to download an app and confirm I have wifi. Seriously? Referred by my cardiologist who works in the same building. Primarily so she could coordinate with someone close by to make the best decisions for my health. First I was stuck in pending status for weeks, then I called and was like what is going on? They're like oh you're in pending status, let's take you out of that, Ok....
