Too bad experiences One is extremely rude staff person at the Edmonds location. Second, the cardiologist recommended my husband see sleep medicine ASAP following an emergency pacemaker placement. They cannot give me an appointment for 5 months with his sleep medicine person. However my real issue is that they were unwilling to see if any of their other providers have in earlier appointment as they don't like patients to switch providers. You absolutely cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Infuriating.
Today I called them six times I tried to transfer to speak to someone live and it kept hanging up on me so I did the call back option three times there was no call back any of the three times is it possible to try to get ahold of them I called both this location and the location in Issaquah and the Renton location and is the same problem how many times do you have to call someone to get a hold of them. Am a long-time patient of the clinic. Called to make an appointment with current provider. Call was picked up on the 3rd ring and the staff who answered was pleasant, helpful, and efficient. So appreciate that!
