I saw Dr Kim in this clinic. Very knowledgeable, answers questions patiently, very gentle when he did a biopsy, good bedside manners, a great asset to your organization! Also the receptionist Rhonda was very nice too. Another great employee here at the Swedish Women’s Health. Thank you!
I had a great experience with the doctor and front desk staff—they were professional, friendly, and helpful. However, my experience with the lab technician was uncomfortable. She had difficulty finding a vein and moved the needle around multiple times, which was quite painful. I understand it can be challenging, but it made the process unpleasant. Overall, a good experience aside from the lab issue.
My wife and I had to come here for pregnancy checkups. Lots of good professional medical workers but their strict Karen front desk is just rude and reasonable about a Mask policy. It's like they're stuck in 2020. They yell at you . The doctor wants you comfortable and easy but the front staff is a regime. Very uncomfortable place until you get into see the nurse and doctors. Glad this isn't a baby delivery location!
This clinic is run in a very irresponsible and unprofessional way. My wife and I had a 10:00 AM appointment and checked in at 9:45 as requested. By 10:15, no one had called us back. When we asked the front desk, we were told they would message the nurse and let us know what was going on. By 10:30, we still hadn’t heard anything.
