I was seen at this clinic for the duration of my first pregnancy, and I have to say that every time I’ve been seen has been wonderful. Dr. Umasankar is awesome - I trust her deeply and would highly recommend her to my friends, family, and anyone reading this. The nursing and administrative staff are all great, and I appreciate that they can perform ultrasounds and lab work on site. I will absolutely return for my next pregnancy.

I’ve decided to transfer my care away from this clinic after a series of frustrating and disappointing experiences. While Dr. Choi has been absolutely wonderful — and truly the only reason I stayed as long as I did — the overall experience, especially as a first-time mom, has not been what I hoped for. The front desk staff have consistently been rude and dismissive, which made an already emotional journey even more difficult. Communication throughout my care has been poor and inconsistent. Dont come here if you have children, they'll make you wait out 10 feet away from the front door.....like a dog, its 40 degrees outside, so my child has to freeze...only because he came with to swedish. Not even allowed into the lobby like a normal human. Flubbed sending us the paperwork for an initial appointment, inability to consistently answer their phones TO make an appointment....literally had to go to the ER just to get this appointment at all. If you have another option for a health provider....GO WITH IT! DO NOT WAST... read more
