What is the point of a primary care clinic if you can't actually get care? I tried to schedule an appointment here and was told the next available slot is in 4 months. A 120-day wait to see a general practitioner is completely unacceptable. If you actually value your health and need to see a doctor in the same season that you call them, look elsewhere. Swedish needs to seriously re-evaluate how they manage their scheduling and patient load on Mercer Island.
Both ears were badly plugged and the Dr. and assistant took care of them quickly and efficiently. I especially appreciated getting an appointment within two days of calling. I love this clinic and highly recommend.
Dr. Styhl is FANTASTIC. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new PCP! She is incredibly smart, very thoughtful in her care and prompt!
