The staff go above an beyond for patient care, and try their best to accommodate each patient they see. The techs at this PET/CT department are outstanding, and really patient with explaining all the steps needed for our patients for such complicated exams. Capital hill is a stressful location for patients, but our patients that get referred here always seem to have a better day thanks to how hard the team works. We hear good things from our patients when they come back from scans. Thank you for your dedication!
Swedish commonly took weeks to months to get a specialist to see me, all the while my nerve damage worsened. To top it off they use “Radia” for imaging services. Radia double billed me at least 10 weeks ago, always promises my refund is coming and yet the $ never arrives. US for profit healthcare is the worst I have dealt with in the developed world.
