Care is okay I guess. If they can’t help you they don’t give you any hope. They are too busy to show compassion and make you feel even more hopeless. They only have one scheduler who’s hard to get a hold of. He always makes me feel like I’m a burden and like nobody cares. They also can’t call you if you use Verzion Wireless’ call filter, even if you have it set to medium to high risk fraud. All their numbers are flagged as fraud by Verizon.
