This is not about the PTs, who are fabulous. This is about trying to get an appointment. I am an existing patient. I have called five times in the last two days seeking an appt. Each time I have rec'd an answering machine. I leave my number, ask to be called back. I leave a message that notes that because of work I am unlikely to be able to answer the phone. So could they please leave a message that indicates when I can call the number and be most likely to reach a real person. No call backs. Not a one. What's the problem, f... read more
