Front desk Cam was so rude and hang up on me when I asked a question about the surgery. I had to call back as if I was begging her for information and keep in mind a patient shouldn’t have to gone through this level of begging. The nurse was so sweet and helpful, as well as the surgery scheduler. Too bad the front desk didn’t even want to do bare minimum to transfer you to the correct team. What a shame. I think you guys need some training about basic manner and politeness for some front desk staff.
The whole team here was a beacon of thoughtful & caring medical professionals. Dr. Grace is absolutely incredible & feel so blessed to have been in the care of her & her team!!! Don't know what I would have done without y'all & can't thank you enough! Amy, Olivia & Jelena are THE BEST!🫶
