I said I’m a new patient, then put me on hold forever
Decent providers, but absolutely atrocious scheduling even if you are an established patient.
I've been seeing Dr. McGuire for a while now. After years of bad experiences with OBGYNs and brushing off symptoms I've been explaining for years elsewhere, I was finally taken care of and approved for a hysterectomy as I'd been fighting for for years. Dr.McGuire made every step of the way comfortable. I have OCD and this was my first surgery and she approached everything with care and compassion. I give two stars because I haven’t been able to get a glimpse of how the clinic is in person but with already starting on the phone with a scheduler- it took a left so quick.. after I asked a simple question if they’re taking any new patients she immediately asked what is it that you need to be seen for? I had told her to see an OBGYN then she proceeded to ask the same question again in a rudely manner! Then, I had said for ultrasounds? She said no what is it that you need to be seen for? Terrible care at this clinic. I escaped a doctor convinced I was needing a hysterectomy although there was no testing to show anything wrong. I got myself to UW and am now continuing HRT for the rest of my life after testing proved NOTHING WRONG.
