Way back earlier in 2024, I was seen several times by Dr Joshua Knapp. Dr Knapp scolded me about me wanting to continue with HRT and needing prescriptions for Estrogen and Progesterone. Dr Knapp told me angrily "you cannot live forever!" No, Dr Knapp, I am just trying to live my best life. Dr Knapp told me I had to have a cervical biopsy. I said OK. Hillary is AMAZING and makes me feel so welcomed and comfortable and I am so glad I receive care here!!
The care team has always been so kind and helpful and delivered my first child, but the scheduling is awful. I’ve spoken to many schedulers. Some are kind but seem like their hands are tied. They couldn’t get me into my first ultrasound until 14 weeks? Others are just rude and condescending.
The practice operates very much as a profit-driven business that is not concerned with the needs of each individual patient. I had a highly concerning experience with the attending physician during labor and would advise seeking care elsewhere for your own safety and wellbeing.
The providers are great but the medical assistants are the problem. It takes them forever to have FMLA paperwork filled out. And some of them, specifically Kara Witonsky acts as though she’s the one who dictates on how long postpartum recovery should take
