My current pricing system with insurance did not come to an agreement with UW Medicine so I have to find new providers after 10 years. The reviews on this page scared me into not trying and now I'm getting worried since UW Medicine has a monopoly on all medical places in N Seattle.
I had the best experience for my annual today. My medical assistant Vanessa was so so nice and thorough with all her questions and making sure everything was correct in my chart. Appreciate you girl! My provider Laura was exceptional, made the entire experience a breeze. Talked me through it, let me know hand placement, and everything she was doing every step of the way. Highly recommend. Thankful for women like these two who are here to help other women with their gynecological needs!
Rude front desk, disorganized, miscommunication. Zero continuity of care. Was 10 minutes late and they refused to see me, referred me to urgent care. Then rescheduled me for later in the week, then cancelled that appointment saying "after they reviewed my chart didn't think it was an OB problem" which It wasn't because I am not pregnant. It was a GYN concern which they would have known if they read all the paperwork I filled out ahead of time or talked to me. I felt as though I was being turfed and care was neglected.
Absolutely the worst care ever. They do not have time for you. If you also score “slightly out the norm” for the mental health assessment they will try to label you with anxiety and depression.
