(1) We were told we had to do X-rays prior to seeing the provider. Once the visit came, they said X-rays were fine. Duh! It was not clinically indicated of course it was normal and fine! Expose her to additional radiology for no reason. Medical fraud! You are worried about my health, right! Was dimissed and told, without prompting, that they don't do disability forms. Cool, but I didn't ask. I was also told that there wasn't a good reason that I couldn't work. YES, THERE IS... spinal injury with constant, severe pain, and getting laid up for days... I came in for neuro help. Felt like I wasn't listened to at all. They also said 'You need a specialist for that' -- then failed to refer or provide any direction. Evaluated me for surgery/no surgery, then determined that I wasn't of use to them.
