What a dump! The gift shops are closed. The cafeteria is closed. The entrance to the building close to where I parked us closed and an employee with pass key wouldn’t get off her behind to let me in. I had to wait for someone to exit, then the employee dragged herself over to the door. I found staff to be unhelpful. Security commandeered the elevators so no one could get out. What is with this place? I’ll never come here again.

I am an immigrant from a war torn country. I have a myriad of health issues from PTSD, to high blood pressure to anxiety. My primary doctor knows that. Despite that fact, she always refused to help me avoid the "mask" harassment. When I asked her to write me an exemption, she refused because she was afraid she would lose her job. She will gladly give me anxiety chemicals and high blood pressure chemicals, but god forbids she feels compassionate and help me make my life easy so hospitals stop harassing me and exacerbating my ... read more

To those out there unfortunately having to deal with brain cancer, I beg you to stay the hell away from Swedish Cherry Hill and Neur-oncologist Dr.Phillips.This arrogant POS took over my brother's care and damaged his brain 🧠 with radiation to the point he can't function. The man then didn't even have the guts, character, or integrity to admit he made a mistake. He did not even have a plan for clinical trials in place as a last resort and made us feel like it was an inconvenience to ask for advanced treatment under THE RIGH... read more

I want to amend a recent post about Swedish Gastrointestinal Center in Issaquah. I had said that cash was missing from my purse. I am very susceptible to anesthesia, therefore I could have transferred the cash to my pocket and the money dropping in the process. I only remember being so thirsty and wanting to stop for a cold drink. My sister had to prop me up on the way to the car and I didn’t make a lot of sense when talking with her. Which is another reason to give the patient some water, juice or some sustenance after bei... read more

I recently had a colonoscopy at Swedish, Issaquah campus. Weeks before when I was told to pick up the prep kit at the Safeway Pharmacy nearest to me, the kit was not there. The order had been called in to the Safeway pharmacy in Eastern Washington where I have not lived for 8 years. I had this procedure five years prior at Swedish, Issaquah and I lived locally, so why the mixup I do not know. I repeatedly made calls asking that the clinic made certain the prep kit was at the correct pharmacy. After much frustration, the phar... read more

My review is on joshua buck neurogolgist. I went to mr buck as a scared new patient fighting epilepsy life long. He did not give me any direction, did not give me any reassurance. I asked if my brain problems could be linked to CP or MS. He said I was making a big deal out of nothing. A "insult to injury" he told me. My sezuires have now not only gotten worse with no explanation but, but also with no path, and no medication. Or care on his part. Bedside manners are needed to be a good doctor. People come to neurologi... read more

May 29, 2021 I was brought to Swedish Emergency Department by EMS. I was in excruciating pain and could barely speak. If I had a choice I would have asked to go to a different ER just because I haven't had the best care in the past to similar issues. The Nurse was not kind at all. The moment I was brought in the nurse raised her voice at me trying to get me to talk. She kept on saying "ma'am what did you take". I was in so much pain I wasn’t able to talk which caused her to just speak louder. The doctor initially was in the... read more

Don't get a test done here if you want the results. I had a pulmonary test done over two weeks ago and still haven't seen the results. When I called again today to follow up, the person I was speaking to hung up on me. Tough news when you are struggling to breathe. Whatever happened to customer service?
