After putting in a new block, $ 13K, which failed prior to 12 months, they issued a $200.00 charge to run diagnostics, when I picked up dead vehicle to be towed, they had the audacity to say, “There will be no charge today”, no possibility of partial reimbursement on failed block, no apology, I felt like the biggest idiot. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! My husband scheduled an appointment to have his XC60 evaluated for some issues he was having with his key fobs communicating with the car. He was told that they would hook it to diagnostics to find out what the issue is. We live 2-1/2 hours away so he left in time to make the scheduled appointment. The people at Swedish Motors were great. We brought our daughter’s Volvo in for a software update another shop told us would fix the issues it was having. Swedish Motors said they wouldn’t know what software updates were available for it until they hooked it up. So we made an appointment, and brought it in. Turns out the one it needs is no longer available. Aaargh! But they gave us all our options, and tips on how to keep it working for as long as possible. And then they didn’t charge us anything.
