Excellent service from scheduling, reception, and imaging, with added concern and testing for possible complications due to prior diagnosis. After dealing with other medical providers in the area where I am just another number in the herd, Swedish proved to be a competent, and comprehensive provider that made sure my procedure was safe and tailored to my needs.
Patient be aware my Oakley glasses were stolen while I was having images taken they did not offer me any locker for my personal belongings and left my personal items at risk staff can not be trusted 9/26 2 weeks ago this happened also no police force on hospital grounds your personal belongings are not safe
Every time I call to make an appointment it always says that they have five calls and I have waited up to 30 minutes and nothing, I left several messages with my information and they do not return the call and I have been trying to make an appointment for three weeks for x-rays. and nothing!!
I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for two weeks. Left voice message; no call back. Always number 6/8/10 caller on the line.
