If I could give them zero stars I would. The receptionist and ultrasound tech were completely rude. They refused to see me because I was 10 minutes late due to a huge car accident in their road that caused it to get closed. They said no guest allowed for my anatomy scan but in their online check in and email said there was one guest allowed. Horrible service.
My father had scans and an echo here - the staff are fantastic and kind. Great experience
My rating is minus 5 stars. What a nightmare of an experience! Over the years I had two prior MRI tests done in two different facilities and I didn't even realize that in the wrong hands this test can be so torturous. The female technician here was indifferent and uncaring. In my case my injury, which required that test, was still very sensitive. The technician was so rough that I quickly became in pain and remained in pain throughout the entire test and for hours thereafter. I wouldn't wish that MRI experience on my enemy.
Called to schedule a sonogram and spoke with Jennifer. She was extremely rude for no reason. I asked her to please kinder and she hung up on me. Not the field she should be working in with this attitude.
