Good luck getting anyone to respond to your request for copies of medical imaging records. Keep leaving a voicemail and not hearing back, stuck in a never-ending phone tree.
This imaging location is great - the staff is attentive and efficient, the MRI is a 3 Tesla so the imaging sessions are quick, and their scheduling is reasonable. I have all my imaging orders go through this location and am very happy with them.
I have had imaging done through Swedish, Polyclinic, and UW, and Swedish is the best hands down. If able, they give you music to listen to. I feel so cared for by the staff here. Thanks for being amazing!
