Watch out for billing fraud. Went in for a routine annual exam and was surprised to see $100s of dollars of out of pocket costs added on. The hospital admitted guilt when pressed on it but required that I manage them for 3 months to do so and haven't fully corrected all their errors.
They combined my account with someone else who has the same name but not birthday, address, or insurance. They send me her bills and have even let me pay one without a refund. They refuse to fix it so I’ve had to file a complaint with HIPAA. Will likely be taking legal action.
1st n last time..will never see them again.
