First time at this location. Wanted breakfast sandwich but was too late for breakfast. They recommended the BLAT sandwich, which is breakfast-adjacent. It was great! Started out sitting outside, but mesquitoes forced me inside. I would have thought that October was too late for them. Are inside at the counter. Was fine. Oh, and the vanilla latte was great, too.

Update: seasonal PECAN DATE DANISH might be the best danish ever! Great vibes, very good Swedish iced coffee. I had the quiche of the day which was goat cheese, spinach, and caramelized onions. It was super delicious. The atmosphere is a very nice vibe and I would come here to brunch or get some work done anytime! The egg and avocado breakfast taco was also delicious.

Stopped by for an extra-hot decaf latte and a chocolate croissant. The latte was served perfectly hot as requested, although the flavor itself wasn’t particularly memorable. The chocolate croissant, however, was excellent—warm, flaky, and delicious. Seating and parking are somewhat limited, and the caf� was quite busy around noon, so that’s something to keep in mind during peak hours. Overall, a pleasant experience, with the chocolate croissant being the highlight!
