Swedish Ballard Gastroenterology’s admin is a transphobic trash fire. They rescheduled me 15 minutes before my appt last week after making me wait 6 weeks for my appointment. I reschedule for Tuesday. They call me Monday and leave a message that they have to reschedule me again for Wednesday as they made a mistake. I call back and oh whoops we meant Thursday at 3:30. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for the care my mother received at the hospital, amidst the chaos of Covid-19. Excellent nurses and doctors from the ED to 4 South. I will forever be thankful.
This place is spotless, the lunch was delicious & the nurses were SUPER! I thank you all for such a pleasant stay.
