I had a reassuring and pleasant experience with Ashley (ARNP). She was so kind and attentive to my concerns and provided me with the next best steps to help me feel better. Unfortunately, she will not be performing my procedure, but it sounds like I am in good hands.

The care is fine, but it is basically impossible to reach the care team. Every time I call the office, I'm 30th+ in line. There have been more than 3 occasions where I leave a callback number, and after waiting 30+ minutes, I get a ring from the office, they give about 2 seconds to answer before they leave you a voicemail and have to restart the process.
