This is going to be the most odd review. The skills I learned through therapy here, and the thai chi i learned recently helped me to stop an escalating situation. The therapy was great, therapists great. I needed i different kind of program, but took SO MUCH away from this one, im still using what I learned here in my every day life. THANK YOU! -Bre
