Been here a few different times and each time was very pleased with the level of care provided. In addition was seen right away. Unlike what one normally experiences at hospital ER's. Thank you Swedish for providing such excellent care when in need
Stephanie the charge nurse at Swedish emergency needs to learn how to better help and communicate with patients. I called in asking if there were many people waiting to be seen. Then she told me she can’t give out wait times it’s against their policy. I reminded her I’m not asking for a wait time. Connie the ER charge nurse is an angel and went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me with a referral situation. There are still good humans out there and am so thankful for her kindness and empathy.
I went to the Swedish Redmond ER because I was in severe pain (8 out of 10) on my left side abdomen under my rib, and I genuinely thought something serious might be wrong. Sadly, the care I received was cold, rushed, and dismissive. The doctor barely listened to me, didn’t seem to care about my pain, and refused to do any imaging tests like an CT scan even though I asked several times.
