The staff were amazing! Hospital So clean & I even got heated blankets. Came in for a chiropractor adjustment that didn’t go well, they had to treat it like a stroke. Nice that there was so much concern for something I almost went home for. Felt well taken care of! ALL GOOD! Definitely hope I don’t have to come back, but wouldn’t hesitate if I did!! Thanks!!
I've come to this ER twice. Once for a broken a arm and the second time was due to chest pain. I received excellent care with minimal wait times. Today, I had to bring a family member in. To their credit, zero wait and the front nurse was nice and polite. The nurse that was bringing us to the back, asks my family member what's going on, he starts to explain, she cuts him off and says, "since youre taking long to explain, let's just head to the room." This is an emergency room where you shouldn’t go if you have an emergency. Took 30 minutes to get medical attention because the Dr was away”. If you are dying, it's better to buy the coffin as it will probably arrive before getting help, despite crying and screaming in pain.
Been here a few different times and each time was very pleased with the level of care provided. In addition was seen right away. Unlike what one normally experiences at hospital ER's. Thank you Swedish for providing such excellent care when in need
Stephanie the charge nurse at Swedish emergency needs to learn how to better help and communicate with patients. I called in asking if there were many people waiting to be seen. Then she told me she can’t give out wait times it’s against their policy. I reminded her I’m not asking for a wait time. I’m simply asking roughly how many people are waiting in er, I can get a rough idea if I know how many people are waiting. She said she’s not going to do that.
