I have been to Swedish 3 times now with different emergencies. Have to say the from receptionist,nurse to doctors , all are super friendly and helpful. The wait time is none, you get taken care of right away. It seems to me that each team member has a great portocal of your duties and collaborate seamlessly. PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING if possible‼️ Beware of this place and their contracted doctors from “Eastside Emergency Physicians.” We were sent here by Swedish urgent care staff in the same building after being told it would be cheaper for uninsured patients, which turned out to be completely false. The ER treated a very basic cut with 5 stitches and at a date later removed them at a 5 minute follow up. Awful experience at this emergency room last night . First, this doesn’t even look like an ER. Empty floors, no cars outside and 2 patients walked in only. Should have been first red sign compare to overlake medical center which was full of patients - they’re both 10 min from each other . My mother had high blood pressure over 220 which seemed critical. She suffers from hypertension. The doc on call did not seem to care much his name was Dr Lowery and all he said was “it can’t fix your mother” I’ll send in a prescription but... read more
Terrible bedside manner of the doctor on call. So rude! All the other staff were so much nicer, kind and helpful including the nurse and the ultrasound tech. Will avoid this location in the future.
They have great staff and are always real quick with care whenever we go here. :)
