probably the worst medical experience i’ve ever had. i had a simple er visit for an ear infection and had to be at this place around 2am, since urgent care around the city was closed. it took me about an hour to get noticed from the attending nurse, while im in pretty much high stress pain. i asked for a Tylenol for pain relief and after 40 minutes she gave 3000mg tablets, and told me she’d order antibiotic eardrops, from pharmacy. I was denied medical assistance despite presenting with a broken arm. The staff refused to provide any support, and the overall experience was deeply concerning. The facility was in extremely poor condition, with a pervasive and unpleasant odor. To make matters worse, I’ve been informed that they still intend to bill my insurance for services that were never rendered. This was by far the most distressing hospital experience I’ve ever had.
