Swedish leadership - do better, hire better Nurses and support staff were caring, I was admitted quickly and that’s the reason they got any star at all. I especially appreciate nurse Parker. She had excellent bedside manner and explained the entire process as she administered my medication. The MD and PA were rude, dismissive, and uncaring. I get that the ER is tough and they encounter a lot of people that made them jaded, but doesn’t mean they have to be that way to everyone. They will stick you in the hallway, treat you like garbage, discharge you ASAP, if you have alarming levels from blood work they won't even attempt to notify you about it. Ask the people working the front in the waiting room any questions, and they will ignore you or just mumble an answer at best. Don't come here.

probably the worst medical experience i’ve ever had. i had a simple er visit for an ear infection and had to be at this place around 2am, since urgent care around the city was closed. it took me about an hour to get noticed from the attending nurse, while im in pretty much high stress pain. i asked for a Tylenol for pain relief and after 40 minutes she gave 3000mg tablets, and told me she’d order antibiotic eardrops, from pharmacy.
