It was my third experience. The first time with 6'7 white male blue eyed doctor with sharp tongue. He gave great advice on not smoking weed " dope" as he called it. With only 25 mg of topimirate 3 times a day with a fractured foot pain doctor.. you should know that is really a joke but thanks for your concern of what not to do. This is more on the admin side. It’s absurd to have people wait over an hour to still not be seen. And this is before vitals are even taken. If patients are held accountable for showing up late then so should doctors!

These people canceled my appointment because, "insurance was inactive." I am looking in my BCBS portal right now and I have an active policy. They gave me no option to figure out why it wasn't showing up, just canceled and then berated me for being frustrated. It seems care in this country is just getting worse and worse. I had been waiting months for that appointment!! I'm out of work in a ton of pain and can't get help. It's evil.
