This was the best ER experience I’ve ever had. Was grappling with a sudden ear infection and drove there at 11:45 pm on a Sunday. (There were no 24-hour Urgent Cares nearby.) I was seen and given ear drops, and out the door, in an hour and a half. Lovely and kind security, nurses, and doctor. Not at all what I was expecting in a city ER. Thank you 🙏🏻
This is the worst ER ever !!!!! How can you have people with life threatening injuries just sitting in the waiting room while the staff just lallygags about . No concern no sense of empathy nor urgency just an it is what it is attitude . To be left sitting for 8+ hours getting the run around and blame shifted to other people and departments. I needed some stitches for a minor laceration at 12:30 AM and urgent care was closed so we went here. Everyone we encountered was very sweet and kind! Shout out to Rachel (PA) and Rubi (didn’t get other names but appreciated everyone). I was basically seen right away and left within 2/3 hours. Seeing the reviews I think the wait time can really vary so while that may be true, that’s not unique to this emergency room but the staff are exceptionally kind.
De Fullner (Fulmer?) should not be in medicine. Horrible bedside manner
1.7 what should write wow we living in 2026 we still waiting for a room what can of reality is this it’s insane even if you come to ER with ambulance you still gonna be at the reception area
