People! If you feel bad and in great pain, don't come here!!! 9 hours of waiting and it's not over yet!!! It's terrible!!! Disgusting!!! This is not an emergency room, this is a torture room.

I honestly don’t like Swedish Covenant Health. The wait times are way too long, and most of the time it feels like the staff aren’t working efficiently or with any sense of urgency. I understand that healthcare isn’t easy, but leaving patients sitting for hours — even in non-serious situations — is frustrating and stressful.
