I would not recommend anyone purchasing auto parts from this company. I ordered a part and paid for expiated shipping. After a week called and part not shipped but will be. Then 5 days later called again still not shipped. Then when finally received part it was not the part ordered and called again. Guy got manic said they would not except returns even thought they sent wrong part and got nasty. then he threaten to come to my home and cause physical harm. Opened fraud complaint with credit card company.
If I could post NEGATIVE stars, I would. This guy Alex Zatsorenko, apparent owner, is a SCUMBAG of the Nth degree! In all my years doing auto repair, buying parts, and using the internet, I have NEVER come across a more deceitful person IN MY LIFE. A blatant liar. Creates shipping labels, doesn't email them, and says it's YOUR fault. Sells "brand name" auto parts that are no-name chinese garbage. THE WORST OF THE WORST! BEWARE of this company! They tell you one thing and then deny that they said it. I ordered seats because they state that they're 99% match, and they sent me something that didn't work, even though I had called 3-4 times to make sure PRIOR to ordering them. Once I received the seats, I had to call back to return them, and Alexander Zatsorenko, the owner asked me a question and when I answered, he said that "yeah, that color was different". Really? Bought a part from Alex, which I received fine. Didn't need the part and returned it and requested a refund. Called to check on it since I shipped it UPS and Alex was very rude, condescending, and talks the same time you are talking. ZERO customer service. I filed a complaint with my credit card company to get my refund and I will get any future parts from other companies. Buyer Beware and watch out for Alex who has no integrity nor follow up. Please stay away from this company for your Volvo needs. The owner (Alex) is truly a very deceitful unpleasant person who will only cause anyone both excessive money and never-ending frustration, while at the same time receiving little or no parts or services applicable to your needs. Just plain a terrible experience doing business with him, while spending near $700 for a faulty distributor that that would not provide any spark which was confirmed by a Volvo mechanic with over 40 years repairing only Volvo 240s. Just a terrible business which is deceitful. I paid them $400 for a "new" rebuilt distributor for my 84 Volvo 245 DL, and it was faulty. I would not provide any spark, confirmed by two reputable Volvo mechanics in Dallas. The owner (Alex) refused to take it back with a full refund. He only talked in circles using countless analogies that were not relevant at all. This company is dishonest and deceitful. Please beware of ever using this company!
The owner, Alex, is the most dishonest person I have ever had to deal with. Suffice to say, He sold me a new distributor for $400 for my 1984 Volvo 245 DL that was faulty. Two Volvo mechanics in Dallas confirmed that the distributor would not generate any spark, which is necessary to start and keep the vehicle running!
