I was treated back in 2012 for stage four Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Back then I was treated so well and I always told myself I would always go back to Swedish Cancer care Institute if I ever have symptoms. I am now experiencing the same symptoms that I had before and found a new lump. I reached out to Swedish Cancer care and the lady that answered the phone was very passive, and abruptly cut me off and said since I don’t have an official diagnosis I cannot be seen, She laughed and said good luck and hung up the phone. Pretty upset. I was scheduled for a biopsy today and they called this morning and indicated if I was still taking the medication I'm on they can't do it until I've been off of it for 2 days. My meds were and have been fully disclosed. But I guess it just wasn't important for them to look before scheduling me. Their excuse was that it was scheduled last week and then there was a holiday. No apology at all. No assurances. No anything.

I came an hour early for my doc appt and I’m last one been called, I went in to see the doc and I’ve waited for more then 30min and the doc still haven’t came in.. Waited for the doc for almost and hour..
