First the Dr goes on vacation and comes back sick--probably covid and cancels my cancer surgery. The scheduling process is just stupid. I tell them when I can be there and they change the time without checking with me. First of the year I am changing to insurance that includes Fred Hutch. I have a friend and her scheduler checks when SHE is available first. Bad business model.
