Read El Lava review. I agree. Do your research and you will see that you are being charged 4X the retail price for the part. Quoted 290 for window regulator repair. I thought it was the total amount. It didnt include tax so time to pay and then told 305. When I questioned Rob about it, I was rudely told to either pay or he could remove the part if I wanted. Very unprofessional. Charged 198 for window regulator that costs 57.00 at carparts.com
