We been taking are car there for years if you want your vehicle to be top notch Gretchen always make sure things are done right their honestly and attention to safety are number one in my book I highly recommend them
Customer service during my one experience here wasn't great. Took an S60 R in to get some noises diagnosed (took around two days to not reach a conclusion, Meineke in Royersford found and fixed it for free lol - just a loose heat shield bouncing off the axle) and were very poor at keeping in touch along the way. Called to ask about my car's status a few times and they did not call back once after saying they would after a few minutes. Gretchen and the team are exceptional! They go above and beyond for their customers!! Top notch!
Took my Volvo here last week to have them checkout an issue I was experiencing with the car. They tried a few times but couldn't get the car to replicate the problem. Although they couldn't locate the issue to fix it, they didn't charge me a dime to look at it. On top of that, their staff is the friendliest staff I've ever dealt with at any business, ever. I'll be taking my car here for now on.
